FormCut™ DIN sized hole punches are high quality tools made in Germany by Alfra, a leading manufacturer of metal punching tools.  DIN stands for “Deutsches Institut für Normung”, or “German Institute for Standardization".  This means that they are standard sizes which are used in many applications.  FormCut™ series are built for sheet steel (S235) only. The material thickness that can be used depends on the draw bolt and the cross-section of the tool (length x width). These punches feature UNF fine threads and are equipped with 4 crosshair markings for simple central alignment.
