    This item  is in very good condition. It appears to never have been removed from the box. The box shows age and shelf wear and there is some price tage residue. There is a sweet odor, I believe from being stored near something scented. The box is marked 2005 with No. 542911. The box is about 9 1/2 inches tall. I'm not sure how tall the bear is since it appears seated inside the package.
