early souvenir celery bowl / dish advertising groceries from lafayette indiana

Description

hello ..................... i got this old bowl at a farm auction near alexandria ........ it is a cute pickle sized / shaped bowl ...... colorful ship , flowers and blue bird decorations ...
about 8 1/2 inches long , the bowl has a stain on the inside above the gold flowers .... and a couple of chips on the back too .....
it advertises for ....( john karl groceries , red plume & money back caned goods ...... lafayette ind. ) ........ also near purdue university
not much to tell ..... a nice early plate from lafayette , and for not much money ..... ( i wish i could find fairmount stuff this cheap ..... lol )

as far as shipping goes , that is just what we will charge you to ship the item ..... no hidden extras , no packing or materials fee ......... usually the post office and sometimes ups ........since we send our things world-wide , it simply depends on where you live ...... items going overseas naturally cost more to ship than those that stay in the states ..... a toy or a tool .......... we are always willing to send it slower and save you money ...... always glad to combine purchases as well ......
we will also no  longer charge for insurance ...... but all items will still be insured by us , as we will pay for it on our end ..... and again , all packing materials , wrapping tissue , paper , bubble wrap and boxes are always free ....... we re-cycle most everything anyway and my brother jon gets about 98% or 99% of his packages delivered to the customer in perfect condition ......... " having said that , UPS once broke our cast iron skillet " ....... so you never know ..... heh heh
