This is the little Apple Baby that is part of the Children Are The Sweetest Gift collection put out by Enesco in 1998 based on the photographs by Anne Geddes.  She's got apples on her head, she's sitting in a flower pot that's  decorated with painted apples,  and she's got her left foot sticking out of the pot. The figure itself is just over 3.5".
