I am selling a Lee's 30 degree flush mount rod holder. This rod holder is constructed out of stainless steel and has a polished finish. It measures roughly 12 1/2" H overall with a 4" W x 5" H flange and a 2 1/16" diameter opening. Has (3) 1/4" diameter mounting holes that are set apart roughly 3 1/8" and 3" apart center to center. Additional measurements are shown in the photos. It is used, with cosmetic blemishes and markings as shown in the photos, however it is in great working condition.
