Product Description
The Pro-Cut KT-8 commercial meat tenderizer/meat cuber is a very heavy duty, long life machine that provides great results with a high production rate. Even tough meat is turned into tender cuts by 43 hardened stainless steel cutting blades, each having many cutting points. In addition to tenderizing mechanically, this process greatly increases penetration and absorption of marinades and seasonings.
The KT-8 tenderizes boneless meat without tearing, making it easy to cook in less time, so meat retains its natural juices. A strong 3/4 HP motor and heavy duty gear transmission handles cuts up to 1" thick and 8" wide. Thermomagnetic motor protection guards against overloads. An available fajita attachment extends the abilities of the KT-8.
The commercial meat tenderizer has a stainless steel cabinet. For safety, a microswitch automatically disconnects motor if cover is opened. Dimensions are 9.5"D x 19.5"W x 29"H. Weight is 73 lbs.
