Works with very worn Fast Twist cleats

The tool pulls off normally worn cleats easily. With a fair amount of force, it removed two extremely worn cleats. They were so worn that the base underneath the cleat was starting to wear.
The other tool with the pins does a good job installing the new cleats.
I have only tried this tool with Fast Twist cleats.

The tool easily rips the cleats out with a simple twist and pull, but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, was because in order to get the cleat out, it has to have the spikes on the cleat. On one of my cleats, it had no spikes and I wasn't able to get it out. Luckily it is on my left foot and not my back foot. Other than that, this is a great product, and to my knowledge there is no other specific product golf cleat remover for cleats with no spikes. Less

The tool with the handle is GREAT, but my cleats needed the other "flat 2-pronged" tool. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to actually push this tool down into the cleats, and turn it at the same time. THIS TOOL NEEDS THE SAME KIND OF HANDLE!! I will say, though, that the flat tool was sturdy enough that I could use vise-grip pliers with it to get the job done. Less

This item did not fit either of my two pairs of the soft Cleats on my Callaway Shoes. On one pair it totally overlapped the Cleat with no grip, and on the other it underlapped and did not have the grip of a two prong standard remover. Specific information would be needed about the Ripper's size and the type of Cleat in order to get a good match up. Good Luck! Less
