I have a Vintage Zenith RCA Victor television set for sale, model number 21-T-8297. The unit powers on but the picture tube gives no static or image. The tubes inside glow (rather faintly) and the channel control lights up, but that is all I could get out of it. The end of the cord was cut so I had to splice an end on it in order to power it for testing - you can replace the whole plug if you can find one of the old two prong style that would plug into the back of the set. From the model number I am assuming it is a 21” set.
I was not able to find any information on this specific model, but I am guessing it is a late 1950s or early 1960s model. The lower stand is blond wood (veneer on the sides) and does allow the screen to pivot. The top case housing the set is actually a metal case with a wood grain finish, also in blond. For its age it is in good cosmetic condition and would make a nice decoration or set piece for a period movie or play.
