The TV set "Sapphire-412" has been produced by the Ryazan plant "Red Banner" since 1986. The unified semiconductor-integral TV "Sapphire-412" is designed to work in the MW range, and the TV with the index "D" in MW and UHF ranges. The TV has a number of automatic adjustments to ensure a high quality picture. The TV uses: explosion-proof kinescope 23LK13B with a beam deflection angle of 90 °; selector of channels of MV range SK-M-20. In a TV without a switch, you can install the SK-D-22 selector for receiving television broadcasts in the UHF range. In addition to the built-in speaker system, you can also listen to sound on headphones.
The TV has a built-in telescopic antenna. Powered by AC or DC power. The TV case is made of impact-resistant polystyrene in various colors. The size of the visible image is 140x183 mm.
