I bought this ring at an auction about 7 years ago as I was collecting turquoise jewelry pieces.  So, I took it to my GIA certified jeweler this week.  She tested it & examined it and confirmed that the metal is 14K gold and the diamonds are genuine.  She also said that the ring is sizable but probably only modestly would be best so as not to disturb the turquoise stones.  It fits snug - just the way it should - on my size 6 ring finger.  It feels good on my finger, too.  It isn't too wide to be uncomforable or "tall" enough to hit on things when being worn.
The turquoise stones are a very nice robins egg blue.  The diamonds sparkle nicely to accent the turquoise.  The gold surrounding the diamonds is Rhodium plated (i.e., white gold).  Genuine Sleeping Beauty turquoise is expensive these days but I'm pricing this ring based on the price I paid 7 years ago.  I've been the only owner.
