Lot of 2 8x10 glossy copy photos (excellent condition / excellent quality lab-printed from original studio negatives on professional photographic paper circa the 1980’s) of Crahan Denton and Brandon De Wilde (“Shane”; the Paul Newman “Hud”) from the “Pigeons from Hell” episode of the 1960’s TV anthology show, “Thriller”, hosted by Boris Karloff (“Frankenstein”; “The Mummy”; the Bela Lugosi “The Black Cat”; the John Carradine / Lon Chaney, Jr. “House of Frankenstein”; the Roger Corman / Vincent Price / Peter Lorre “The Raven”) with this episode based on a Robert E. Howard short story and directed by John Newland (TV’s “One Step Beyond”). In our other auctions we have up additional rarely offered “Thriller” photos (including a superb portrait of Ottola Nesmith in her role as The Zuvembie, Eula Lee Blassenville, from “Pigeons from Hell”) along with more horror, sci-fi and fantasy photos and movie memorabilia
