Vintage JVC Model 3240 Videosphere Round Space Helmet TV Television MCM

Vintage JVC Model 3240 Videosphere round television.
Being sold for parts or repair.
I have tested it, and it does power up but since these TV's received analog signals, and transmission is now digital, all I get is static without hooking it up a analog to digital converter. The white plastic casing has no damage or cracks, but it has discolored and many areas on it are now an off-white and light tan color due to long term exposure to sunlight. The knobs are all original, the original chain is on the top, the base piece is missing, the antenna is broken off and missing, but I am including an antenna that can be stuck in the open hole of the broken off antenna. The AC cord is in good condition, but a portion of it by the base has discolored to an off-white color. The front smoked plastic cover over the screen is in fairly good condition, with only a few light scuffs.
Since the base is missing and the item has some condition issues, I am selling this item "As Is"-no returns.
