Setchel-Carlson B&W portable TV - Model No. [ 7]?P68.  All knobs present. Includes the back and power cord. Scattered marks on the set as pictured.. One foot is missing on the bottom of the set. When plugged in, the audio has a light hiss. Picture tube does not light up.
